Blackline Development was founded by two attorneys who spent their careers navigating the realities of contaminated land, regulatory pressure, and complex redevelopment projects. We built this company because we saw an opportunity in the properties everyone else walked away from - the brownfields, the forgotten industrial parcels, the environmentally challenged sites that demand more than a typical developer can deliver.
Our backgrounds in environmental law, land use permitting, and municipal strategy give us an unparalleled ability to manage risk, anticipate regulatory hurdles, and create clean, buildable land where others see only liability. We combine legal intelligence with practical, on the ground development experience to generate real value from the most challenging sites.
